Our group is looking for motivated students interested in language models, vision-language models, or machine learning and deep learning.

Is This Group a Good Fit for You?

You may be a good fit if you:

• Want to lead a research project and submit a first-author paper.

• Want to apply your mathematical thinking to AI research.

• Are highly motivated to grow rapidly as an AI researcher or AI engineer.

Possible Research Directions

Topics may include, but are not limited to:

• Language models

• Vision-language models

• Retrieval, clustering, and classification

• Other fundamental or applied problems in AI

Students are encouraged to bring their own research questions and ideas as well.
